Our entire experience with New Wave was amazing from start to finish. They were easy to schedule with, gave us an estimate via text, arrived on time, were extremely professional and friendly, and went above and beyond what we expected! Not only were our carpets clean, looking beautiful, and smelling amazing after they finished, they even removed some stains that we thought would be there forever!
