We are so happy with our freshly cleaned carpet! The process of scheduling and payment is very easy and the owner Mr. Sharpe is very professional and kind. He even gave me a courtesy phone call when he finished and let me know that if I was not happy he would fix it! It is perfect and we have no complaints whatsoever. We will definitely use New Wave again!

Couldn’t have had a better overall experience. We are selling our house and I was looking for a company to clean or carpet when I ran into Barry at Home Depot. I got his information and he was here two days later! He patched a spot in our carpet and you can’t even tell it’s a patch. Not only did he clean the carpet exceptionally well, but he’s extremely personable as well. I would recommend this company a million times over and we will be using them again!
