After M. Toguchi body shop told me pretty much go eff myself, and absolutely no other shop even bothering to return a call, l got a call back from Wayne at New Wave. Once the parts arrived, my van was ready in four days, with a great body work, even panel gaps, solid color match, seamless blending and polish. Car was washed and my bill was $1300 less than the estimate from my insurance company. Super positive a straight forward experience. Can’t recommend this little shop high enough.
Repaired my Turo damaged vehicle with the quickness. Stayed late to allow me to pick up my vehicle after work so I could get it back on the road for my business. Super kind and knowledgeable in auto/body repair and paint. Thanks Wayne!
