Called today because I had a missed call, because their is 50 different practices or blood work or what ever in their if you have a missed call you have to know where its coming from before you call so they can put you through. That on its own sucks BUT its not the people's fault who answers the phone... saying this the lady who answered the phone (between 10 and 4 i know its horrible but I made so many calls today I cant remember when I called their but it was 100% between this time) was super rude. superb care in ambulatory care today for Monoferric infusion.
You couldn’t ask for better treatment and the nursing and staff go above and beyond with their patients my husband was in bad shape and the care he got here was amazing
