This method of weight loss is perfect for busy mothers. I have a 2 year old and a 6 month old, my major issue in losing my baby weight was energy level. After taking care of everyone else I had no energy left to take care of myself. Now I do, the office staff is super helpful and will answer any questions you may have. Currently I have lost 10lbs and have only been on the program 1 month. I would recommend this for anyone looking to lose weight and have energy.
