Worst food I have ever eaten!! All of the vegetables are rotten, the meat tastes like rubber and everything is completely watered own!! disgusting!!

Horrible! I would not even give them 1 star but i had to to get my review on here. They say the food is fresh and that is what you pay for. But in the winter months food comes frozen. This not acceptable. when i am paying all this money for fresh food and its frozen when i receive it. They need to put something on their website that during the winter months food may come frozen. First off I would like to say that I have done meal delivery services before and been very satisfied so when I decided to try new vision I felt like I had a very realistic expectation of the service. I will also say that everyone I had contact with there was very pleasant BUT what a waste of money! I had to throw out multiple meals because the meat was either fatty or grisly or just tasted "off".
