By far one of the worst detoxes. I've been too. They're flexible with property and allowing you to have it however they don't care to make you comfortable at all and are more than willing to put you into precipitated withdrawal. You can take Subutex or nothing. You can get adavant if you have a seizure but guess what? They also don't have you hooked up to a monitor so it would be impossible for them to know you go into a seizure by the time they know you will probably be dead. Very caring staff, from care coordination, nurses, cafeteria, everyone..I felt like everyone there were guinely nice people trying to help me through a difficult situation..David, the nurse that dealt with me most, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in everything I was going through. If you need to get your meds straitened out or you thought about going and didn't want to, I'd recommend this hospital to go. I’m currently in New Vision’s detox center and so far it’s been great. I have not one thing to complain about! They’re saving my life and I’m forever grateful. The staff is wonderful and very very helpful, the food is good, and they are always on top on your comfort meds until you’re stable. No one looks at you differently since you’re in here for addiction help, you’re just on a normal hospital floor. The only people that know are your care team.
