I try and give small local businesses a chance whenever I can. I called Russ for a quote for my front lawn and a few other things it was a good quote for the work until it came to doing the work. We set a start date and schedule and soon that proved to be useless. Sometimes my yard would sit for days/weeks with nothing being done all torn up. I had three big trees taken down and the stumps ground down before I called Russ at New Vision Landscape Design. He showed me a variety of artificial turfs available. I found the perfect one. Peter, Michael and Clemente were great workers. I had broken off the valve to turn on the irrigation water. They fixed that quickly. Russ has a great creative eye and helped me with the design of Turff, rock and plants. I am thrilled with the outcome. I would highly recommend New Vision Landscape Design .

Really bummed to leave this review. We had New Vision Landscaping complete our yard for our new build. It was set to be about a three week project set to begin in early fall 2022. We are still trying to get issues with the yard completed two years later. While I think Rus and his team are talented in what they do, the communication and timeline has been beyond frustrating. Had my backyard landscaped in October 2023. I thought the job was done right and that Russ would come back in the spring to setup the sprinklers on the timer. Well, he ghosted me after a couple of months trying to setup a meeting to come and see the shoddy work done. He came recommended by a friend of a friend. Extremely dissatisfied with lack of follow through and customer service. I highly recommend New Vision Landscape Design!! Russ is extremely responsive, professional and detailed. Lad did an outstanding job with the Paver walkway and patio plot. It turned out just as I had envisioned, even better. I absolutely LOVE IT! Job well done!!
