Went to New Vision in Jan 2020 for a script for reading glasses. Dr.. Tate gave me a prescription for Eye pressure drops. Then Covid hit and within 5 months my eyes were a mess..... was hard to get an app't in June 2020 -Aug 2020. Saw my primary care in Sept. 2020 & he treated me for pink eye until I saw Dr. O'Brien in Dec 2020 when my right eye was dropping down to my nose as Dr. Tate was not in. I contacted this office to get more info about cost, and other specifics regarding which doctor would do my procedure and other general info. The receptionist was super rude. Would not transfer me to any manager or anyone else and so I asked for an email of course she gave me hers and then I sent an email. They proceeded to tell me that in order to answer my general questions I would need to come in and pay for a consultation. Doctor Tate the best, cataract surgery on both eyes went smooth as silk rehab afterwards went perfectly a big thanks to all is nurses and technicians also
