Oh my goodness! The visit was over the top. From the minute we walked in the door to the time we left was amazing. We were greeted with an amazing staff. They were very friendly and professional, a breath of fresh air. Meeting Dr. Kimble she was very professional and knowledgeable about our needs and explained everything about the exam and answered all of our questions and concerns.Made us feel like we were in good hands. So glad that we have found New Vision Care!
Super nice staff and wonderful ophthalmologist. She was very thorough. She even picked out some glasses herself she thought would look good on me. Overall, great experience. It was my son’s first experience at 13 putting contacts in and they were so kind, encouraging and patient with him. If I had one request, it would be that they had the prices on the glasses displayed so you didn’t have to ask the price of each pair. We will definitely be back :)
