I had a fabulous eye appointment from start to finish. The communication via text prior to office hours to help me reschedule was excellent prompt, clear, and incredibly convenient. Once in the office, the care felt very personal. Dr. Kimbel really took the time to explain my dry eye diagnosis and walk me through solutions that focused on allergy relief and long-term comfort, not just a quick fix.
