The therapist falls asleep on me during the video chat and I try to call them to reschedule and they put me on hold for so long
I am here to correct a negative review that was written during a crisis. Unfortunately due to not having access to the email it was left under I have to write a new one. My prescriber was unaware of how deep the issue was & now that he is it’s been corrected. He was happy that I was left on my own and stated that he would speak to the owners. Mental health is real & new vision truly is a great place. I apologize.
I am so incredibly disappointed in the services I received at New Vision. I’ve been a patient there for about 5 months and have yet to get anywhere. Anywhere with medications, anywhere with counseling or anywhere with case management. The ONLY positive thing I have to say is Jackson at the front desk is the sweetest soul ever. During the process of trying to find the right medication via genesight it took over 6 weeks to get the results because the test wasn’t ordered the first 3/4 weeks. I started coming here in like April because I found it on Google and it had good rating. I have been to several other places and just unhappy with inconsistent service. My experience here was pretty great for my first couple visits with the NP, but recently they have become disorganized, cancelling appointments frequently and though that happens everywhere, they have been unfriendly and my provider has now left and they basically lied and said I would have a final appointment.
