I'm a respectful individual. And a fair honest human being . I was just at the detox program through new vision in Mt. Vernon 2 days ago. First I want to say the nurses and doctors are friendly and professional. It's a clean facility and the food is good. . BUT.... The day of my release I felt whoever the head guy in charge of the facility begin to rush us to get discharged and the staff and the main guy in charge had no idea where the Uber was suppose to take us. This was an AWESOME PLACE FOR THE HELP& ISSUES I HAD! They Truly care and help no matter the issue. I was w/o ride home back to Columbus OH & WASN'T going home till that Monday. (This was Sunday I was released) Well, they helped me to where I was able to get my daily medicine along with helping me sleep there another night. They did some magic and I'm so so grateful for the staff there. It's great how they care about how you feel!
