Over promise and underperform. Fixing the mistakes was finally so painful I just moved on and dealt with them myself. Please consider alternatives from reputable companies because it ain't this one.

We entered into a contract with New View Windows and Doors on 11/06/2020 for 23 impact windows and 4 impact doors. On the same day, I gave the owner, James Bowerman, a check for $30,000 as a deposit for the order which he immediately cashed. The contract we signed states that the work would commence 8 weeks from the date of signing. I highly recommend New View if your looking for impact windows and doors. The owner of New View is actively involved in the project from start to finish and was upfront and honest throughout the process. New View was competitively priced against all the other bids I received but what set them apart on day one was the fact that the owner James was who showed up at my door and not some salesman like the others.
