Scheduled an appointment over the phone. Consultation came and was smooth/fine, and was told I’d receive a quote within a few days. However now 25 days after the consult I have not received any quote or significant communication/update despite following up via email & phone at both 16 and 23 days post-consultation (and the dispatcher/sales receptionist assuring me I’d receive an update). Excellent windows and doors at a great price. Honest and great communication throughout the process. The installers did a great job. I'm extremely happy with the project from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Revised (from 4 to 5 star) as of 7/27/2026: The door lock broke a few times after the repair from the first Provia rep but Chris still came out to fix it all those times and they reassured me that this should be the last time they need to come back out. They fixed it everytime with no additional cost which I appreciate. From day 1 to the finished screen door that was installed every step was a smooth transition. no problems incurred. Recommend this company.
New View was great to work with from sales to installation. They were very patient with many questions that came up and decisions to be made. They recommended the best front door company to go with and really know the products. After installation the sales lead stopped by and made sure everything was good.
