We purchased18 composite windows and dual front doors by Marvin and had the old replaced by new construction. In addition, we had all natural wood facing North replaced with Azak. The price was met the lowest competitor's price. The installation was superb. The detail that this crew utilized in replacing and caulking was outstanding. The cleanup was also very good. I highly recommend "New Windows and Doors".
Reply to reply edit: They took my money and then ghosted me when I tried following up a year later. While I love the idea of this being some convoluted scheme from me, I think they just did bad work and are now making excuses. Talked with Chris about my windows installation from 3 years ago, apparently the contract I took over from the previous owner "would not fix the leaking issue". After taking over the contract, I was never once informed that windows would not fix the leak from my window frame. Instead, I was told it was coming from above our unit.
