I am deeply disappointed with my experience with New View Psychology. Despite multiple attempts to engage with them professionally, the organisation has shown a consistent lack of respect for basic privacy principles and transparency. We have experienced ongoing issues with NVP’s failure to adhere to privacy obligations, including withholding personal information without valid justification. It's a shame 1 star is the minimum you can give sometimes. After all, when the psychologist meant to be giving you care decides to be half an hour late to a session despite no other client walking out of the room, inappropriately touches you and refuses to listen after being told to stop, tells you that it's more useful to walk out to the shops rather than having a session only to then find out that they weren't even a registered psychologist after submitting a complaint to the Health Commissioner?
