It’s incredibly frustrating. You wait two weeks just to get an appointment, and if for any reason — whether it’s on their end or mine — it needs to be rescheduled, you’re looking at another three-week delay. They appear to care more about money than your mental health. What a shame this is even called a mental health practice.
Not very happy with what was said over the phone and what was ultimately offered. 1. Paid for the consultation in advance and had to wait for over 2 weeks before NVP submitted the claim to Medicare, and this was only after I had spoken to NVP on 2 occasions, a) on the date of the consultation, when I was assured the claim would be submitted to Medicare with the next fortnight and a fortnight later when I had to raise my voice with the NVP staff member to immediately lodge my claim. 2.
