From the very first time I met Nick till the end of my project, Nick was a consummate professional. I started out thinking I'd do a major structural bathroom renovation, but then changed my plans drastically and ended up doing a much smaller scale bathroom remodel and dozens of small things around the house because I was hard pressed for time. Nick replaced a bathtub for a stand-up shower in my apartment, it was a small renovation, but the project took weeks to be completed because the president of the condo board postponed the already schedule job and delayed access to the building water line valves for various reasons.
