My Bathroom shower floor was really bad and active leak. I needed to be done in really short time because I have only one bathroom. Nick came over and provided me an estimate and explaining everything I needed to know about the project. He took the job and finished in 3 days as he said what e transformation. Nick and the folks @ New View Home Improvement did a wonderful job on my small bathroom! Everything was done to our specifications and they exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be contracting with them again.
As soon as we said we were ready to file permits and requested proof of licenses and insurance from Nick and his subs he suddenly claims he had to leave the country and doesn't know when he will return. We actually know he did not leave, so he’s just sketchy. Nick’s nonsense has set us back several weeks as we had already agreed on the scope of work + price and had stopped looking for a contractor. From my experience- Nick is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other peoples time.
This guy has no clue what he’s looking at or reporting. After the home inspection I had a professional come out and check all he had written up and they found minor to no problems.
We just had our over 100 year-old bathroom renovated. We were so pleased that we found Nick! Not just for the good price, he also did beautiful work! Nick was very thorough, precisely to the details. He gave us good suggestions and also fixed previous problems. They came every day at 8 in the morning and finished job in two weeks. They also cleaned up every day when they left. I was very impressed by their work ethic. We will use them again for our house in the future!
