I really appreciate the thoroughness of the exam and explanation of the results from Dr. Wesoloski. He explains it in a way that is easy to understand and discusses with you what it all means.
I waited for patiently service. The receptionist was on the phone. Some guy was helped by the ophthalmologist. Then he was put in the queue for the receptionist too. All I needed was for her to tighten my glasses which she had done when I picked up the glasses. Instead of helping me, she told me to go wait for the other staff helping other customers.
