DO NOT USE NEW VALLEE ROOFING! When I bought my trailer one of the selling points was that there was a 15-year warranty on the roofing work that had been done by New Vallee Roofing. It was leaking as soon as I moved in, less than 2 months later. The business owner didn't even have the common courtesy to even return my first phone call and after contacting him again many weeks later he texted me one sentence stating to me that there was no warranty. It's very obvious that they do lousy work and are very unprofessional!
