I purchased a split unit from AC Wholesaler in 2021 dual heat pump unit. The unit started working fine until it didn't. AC Wholesaler acts as the middleman for warranty issues. I had to pay my installers to sit on the phone with technical support too many times. I often received the wrong parts and the process is extremely cumbersome.
