This places is closed. Stopped by today for chemicals and the place is empty.
Store is out of business, left me with a hot tub in pieces. No response to phone,text,emails. No returned phone calls.
We bought a brand new $16k spa here last summer had some issues with it and at that time they did an amazing job taking care of us. We had them winterized it in the fall due to us being gone a lot been tryin to have them back out this spring am now all of a sudden after they moved into the new location they now are pretty much shut down with zero staff and absolutely don’t like to return calls or messages and now we are pretty much on our own to try and find a local dealer almost 2 hours away to try and deal with on this hot... read more
I don't think anyone really works here. Called twice and left messages and no one ever calls back. Physically went to location and door is locked, says by appointment, tried calling again. What a joke, can u say sham business.
