We are a full-scale facility, featuring a complete state-of-the-art weight room, a variety of cardio equipment, a separate spinning studio, an aerobics room, separate men’s and woman’s room steam and sauna, as well as full sized locker rooms. We have a full sized protein shake bar with lounge couches and a fireplace if you need to kick back before or after your workout.

USA FITNESS of Carver has made a ton of improvements since changing ownership So many free weights as well as Nautilus machines...New flat screen TV'S just came in and will help pass the time while doing cardio..!!! Sauna and steam room will clear your body of toxins... Classes for all ages and fitness ability...pound, spin, hiit , ballroom dance and more.. Great gym, been a member for a very long time. Tons of equipment and many different places to work out depending on the level of privacy you seek.
Surprisingly big but a little bit on the expensive side for a membership
