A little bit of rain for 20 minutes and everything shut down at 530. Sun came out after. Two bars in town were completely packed. No where to eat. Perhaps your town shouldn't host an October fest if you are not prepared for a brief rain! I feel bad for all the people that traveled quite a distance just to attend.
I hate to say it ...but very disappointed . One booth only for beer . It was more of a flea market with a booth for beer . There was a few food booths but not even brats and sour kraut for sale at any of them . I do realize that is was a much smaller venue than the larger Oktoberfests but it was not advertised as such . I'm glad for the experience but a lot of it was not what it was advertised to be .
Very fun time for the whole family!!!
