I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Jeff at New Ulm Monuments when deciding on a cemetery monument for my husband's grave. He was very helpful, considerate and patient in assisting me and in making sure what I decided on was what I wanted and what I was happy with. He never pressured me to make a decision, but was okay with giving me time to think about my choice. I would highly recommend this company.
