Mark and Tatyana make you feel at home. Since my eyesight is not so good, it is hard seeing which frame looks the best on me. The staff is very helpful when doing frame selection. Part of the challenge is that they have so many beautiful designer frames that it makes choosing one very difficult! I highly recommend this local business when looking to purchase new eyeglasses and contact lenses.
You people run a horrible business. Your not there during business hours and you don't answer the phone when you should. I am filing complaints with the governing body of your optometrist. This is the 3rd time in 5 years I've tried to do business with you. You are horrible business people that do t belong in business in mchenry
