This shop is AMAZING!! Their customer service is REMARKABLE! Cristina who takes calls was amazing from the moment I called...very nice, helpful and compassionate. She took care of the insurance calls and made sure the car was properly cared for. The owner, Ivo, even paid for my lunch when I flew back to NJ to pick up the car as it was a bit delayed and it was at his favorite "Upscale" restaurant! Unbelievable service from everyone there. I've been to a few auto body facilities, hands down 100 % the best service and professionalism from start to finish.Drop off to status reports during and picking up my vehicle. I dealt with Ivo and Christina, they were wonderful., I'm sure all the techs on site are phenomenal.I wouldn't bring my car to any other place. Thank you so so much.

Christina is amazing!! with the customer service, she went above and beyond and took care of everything for me. I was hit by another car and left serious damages on my BMW. At New Trimble they did such a great job it's like nothing ever happened, they even detail it. They are committed to helping you, I definitely recommend New Trimble Auto Body.
