Absolutely incompetent. I had the worst experience imaginable with this company. I figured, what could be simpler than a single door install, but I had so many problems with them and the work they did. 1.First, they cancelled on me 3 times, including once while I had taken the afternoon off work and was actually sitting at home waiting for them to arrive. They took $ 8,500.00 of my money, for % 50 deposit. Never shopwed up to install. Stopped answering my calls. Had to go to the Kelowna RCMP, my money is gone. $ 8500.00 of my money gone! I had to start all over with a diffrent company RCMP File # 23-56321 Also Titan Fence Co. in Kelowna $ 6,078.64. Did exactly the same thing. Kelowna RCMP File # 2023-51164, 23-56321

had all of my windows and glass doors replaced, wonderful customer service! promt replies and just a general great experience! i recomment harison and his team! 10 out of 10!!
