I gave a deposit in early June 2023, i decided to give a call now in mid-September 2023, and there is no answer. I sent an email, but there was no answer.... no communication is not good business practice. If you can't fulfill your obligation, return the deposit.

Took our deposit early July and will not return calls it’s now September all we want is our shower glass install date or some communication to your customers, poor service. If you can’t provide this give us our deposit back so we can go somewhere else.
