Avoid them like the plague -- BEWARE -- Probably the WORST in the City – I've spent all 36 years of my life in Manhattan and have never experienced such poor quality of dry cleaning and laundry services in the city. Tower Cleaners usually opens its stores in or around large residential complexes and in a sense has a captive market which tends to stay with them due to tenant churn. However, most people I know in the building have suffered at their hands--collars and cuffs of your $200 shirts will fray in 4 washings. Guarantee it! Also, your suits and pants for dry cleaning will come back shining like metal, especially around the seams! Skirts will be sure to shrink. They have a fancy website and a process detailed on their website, but try sending an email or talking to anyone at the numbers listed (especially if you have an issue). Your emails will bounce and the person at the other end will shout back at you like you've never heard before. Far too many options in the city that come and pick up from your doormen to waste your time and money with Tower Cleaners. Avoid them like the plague!!
