I was a walk-in. They offered a quick turn around time and reasonable prices, which were significantly more reasonable than their competitor. Offered (but did not push) additional services that they thought I could benefit from in the future.

I've used New Tech a number of times now and found the service and prices to be in line with professional standards. Most recently I had an issue with two tires needing replacement. The work was completed the very next day. Communication with the team there was always prompt and courteous. I would recommend them highly. TJ

Twice now I’ve stopped in to see if they had time for an inspection and they accommodated me quickly and I was out even quicker! They’re not pushy and I highly recommend.

I HIT A TURKEY ON THE PALISADES PARKWAY. MY WIPER FLUID CONTAINER CRACKED. GOT MULTIPLE ESTIMATES AND WAS INFORMED IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST 2-3 DAYS TO REPAIR. TOOK CAR TO NEW TECH AND TOOK LESS THAN A DAY TO REPLACE FLUID CONTAINER AND REPAIR FRONT AND BACK BRAKES. EVERYTHING WAS DONE FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

I don’t know why this guys get such a bad wrap. I’ve gone to them three times now, and although I had to wait a while for parts, they always do a good job and my car does well after I leave. I’ll be back in a month for new tires. Thanks guys! PS - I left my car travel mug there and they were nice to call me and tell me they had it.
