i can not speak about the quality or value because they have been horrible with communication. I just wanted a simple fence panel around my water softener in my side yard. And from the beginning, my interaction with the sales lady was that she was unprofessional and used explicit language. But the worse was yet to come: despite it being a simple job the quote had the wrong dimensions on it. i tried emailing the business, going back and forth with the lady that came out to give me a quote, and even sent a text to the business... read more
New Tampa Fence installed a fence around our pool a few years ago. I just had them add another section this past Tuesday. Our fence looks great. The installers were flexible. They had to take down my neighbor's old fence and install the new fence on my side of the property line, resulting in a couple of unexpected issues. They discussed options with me and the resulting fence section looks great. They also did a good job of removing my neighbor's fence and cleaning up their property, filling old postholes, etc.
Absolutely outstanding experience with New Tampa Fence from start to finish! Huge shoutout to Carly for that very first phone call she made everything easy, answered all my questions, and got the ball rolling quickly. You can tell right away they care about their customers.
