This is my go to spot
The portions are huge and the meat is tender, but that is about where the positives end. The broth was extremely disappointing and, to me, tasted closer to boxed grocery-store beef broth than real pho. It was flat, one-dimensional, and missing the deep beef flavor, roasted aromatics, and warm spices that make pho what it is. You can have the biggest bowl in town and perfectly tender meat, but if the broth is bad, the pho is bad. Unfortunately, this was nowhere close to an authentic pho.
