I had ultimate bad experience with New Surrey Car Service Ctr. Ltd. Poor communication, false commitments, unprofessional, insensitive towards client's valuable time. I went there to get my car's passenger door fixed and they did programming tweak which partially fixed the issue, upon subsequent checks they informed to replace the actuator, which until now was all fine. Not good service. Went for oil change didn’t even reset the meter and didn’t put the windshield fluid and charged $134 . Ridiculous
