The entire experience was very pleasant, professional, and the Staff were All kind, patient, and very Good about checking in to monitor my comfort levels. All appreciated to quell my anxiety for the surgery I had.
Dr. Ripp and her nurse are simply the best. They are kind, efficient, caring and knowledgeable. I've worked in health care as a Family Practice Certified Medical Assistant the majority of my career, and have found few that can compare to the quality of care we receive by Dr. Ripp and her nurse. They always go the extra mile and always do what they promise to do. They are a gift to Prevea and their profession and we are well cared for.
Dr. Stevens was very clear about the surgery I would need. She was friendly and answered all my questions. Dr. Koerten has a level of empathy that renewed my faith that there are still doctors out there that truly care. Their nurse and staff were just as wonderful.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent care.
