My husband and I purchased a home from New Sunshine builders and unfortunately have had many issues. The quality is extremely poor. The hall bath on the second floor has leaked into the kitchen. Have had AC company and plumbers to address the issue. The master bath has extremely poor insulation very cold floor and had a pipe burst due to poor insulation. The builders left the lattice off the front and back deck, we had to beg them to finish. Horrible experience, poor quality builders.
