I live here in Feather Sound & was looking for a good nail spa because I always want my nails done. I tried this nail salon at first & I was very satisfied. My gel nails would last for nearly a month & sometimes a bit more. However, they started to use different materials or started to just not care anymore about their customers. Love New Sun Nails! Have been coming here for years - not only do they pay close attention to detail but they’re kind, friendly, and fast! I love that they’re always willing to work with my schedule and are super accommodating.

Every time I walk into this place, it’s never busy. Now I know why. A couple days ago I went in to get a manicure. I’ve been coming for a few months and never had to set an appointment because their business is slow. There’s also a really rude worker who takes things too far. This worker has a decent skill level but there’s been a couple off putting experiences. One of which she was literally ripping skin off my feet during a simple pedicure. Unfortunately I had an awful experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not unless you want a nail infection. It was only my second time going, first time getting my nails done. I decided to treat myself to a manicure for Mother's Day and sadly I treated myself to a nail infection instead. The nail tech had a hard time getting the polish on the edges, and when I asked her to fix the nails she missed, she filed my one finger to death.
