Had and appointment at 11am with A.B. 5mins before the appointment he walks out the back with someone and tells me he needs 10mins to “fix this guys hair.” I figured okay start 5mins late not a big deal. Once it hit 11:20am I left. He was still not done. I booked my appointment for 11am, and bookings should take priority over walk-ins or your buddy needing a “quick fix”. Very unprofessional and poor time management.
