Super staff!. Enjoy my visit every time.
Great Staff!! Clean efficient office, therapy rooms. I had loss majority of my muscles and balance while recovering from an illness. The plan of care they developed for me got me back to normal, even better!! Brooke, Norbie, Abigail, Lauren are awesome! Everyone is friendly, professional, and knows their stuff! I would definitely recommend New Stride Staples location to anyone who needs physical therapy.
I have gone here for two separate issues, my shoulder and my hip. The staff is fantastic, kind and engaging. I consistently get the same trainer and she is able to keep up with me, ask me how I’m doing and make suggestions because she really knows me, my issues and my progress. She doesn’t just read my chart. This kind of personal attention is invaluable.
I love the staff and enjoy my time learning to regain my balance.
