This afternoon I attended an appointment with my son for a hearing test with the paediatric audiology department, to say I was amazed with the two ladies we saw is an understatement. They were simply incredible! Both ladies paid so much attention to my son, he didn't even realise what we were there for! He just thought he was there to play!
