If you want your property undervalued then New Street is the one. One week they are saying that auction should be called off because lack of interest and auctions are not for the area,and when they found out a beneficiary and an Executor who they have been dealing with to get the contract then changed their tune to go ahead with auction. No bidders except the beneficiary and the Executor and they would have know this. All the marketing was a mess wrong site plans wrong house details wrong amount of car spaces.
