Outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. New Stone Design truly delivers high-end quality and professional service.
We worked with new stone thru our general contractor. During installation, the guys nicked a corner of the countertop. We called the owner to schedule a time for them to come back out for repair. It took a couple months to get a date after I made a few callbacks. Considering the amount of money we spent on the countertop, I don't know why it was such a low priority. Great service.
Great and friendly people. Ordered a bunch of pieces for shower sill and thresholds. The provided photos of the options they had and I was able to choose online. They were also able to cut to my exact dimensions I gave them. Also had some backsplash pieces that I had to bring in to be cut so they could match my other bathroom. No questions asked, they cut the pieces and even offered to polish them. I’ll definitely be back for more! Exceptional support and service!
