Honestly, the worst service, ever. From the very beginning (when we went to their showroom) we experienced the worst customer service. People were rude, acted like we bothering them when we tried to get questions answered and generally just ignored us. Despite our initial interaction, we decided to purchase from them because we found a slab that we liked and our contractor wanted to use them. I would recommend NewStone Design to any one. I have had 3 counter tops put in and they all were very professional and new what they were doing. Showed up on time for the measuring and installation. Turn around time was outstanding, about a week and a half. But most of all they were less expensive then all their competitors and the quality was outstanding. Very easy to deal with.
From the initial visit to Pick out Quartz Countertops, the Team at New Stone Design was friendly, helpful, price competitive, and had prepared and installed our Kitchen Counter Tops and Backsplash in record time. The results were beautiful. Victoria and Greg were a pleasure to work with. The Installers were quite knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
