Great and friendly people. Ordered a bunch of pieces for shower sill and thresholds. The provided photos of the options they had and I was able to choose online. They were also able to cut to my exact dimensions I gave them. Also had some backsplash pieces that I had to bring in to be cut so they could match my other bathroom. No questions asked, they cut the pieces and even offered to polish them. I’ll definitely be back for more! Exceptional support and service!

Honestly, the worst service, ever. From the very beginning (when we went to their showroom) we experienced the worst customer service. People were rude, acted like we bothering them when we tried to get questions answered and generally just ignored us. Despite our initial interaction, we decided to purchase from them because we found a slab that we liked and our contractor wanted to use them. I would recommend NewStone Design to any one. I have had 3 counter tops put in and they all were very professional and new what they were doing. Showed up on time for the measuring and installation. Turn around time was outstanding, about a week and a half. But most of all they were less expensive then all their competitors and the quality was outstanding. Very easy to deal with.
