I went to this store yesterday to buy a piercing (hook) and wasn’t sure which size would fit my helix. I showed the staff, and they recommended a 10mm one. I couldn’t try it on, but I trusted their advice and purchased it. When I tried it, it didn’t fit, so I went back to exchange it for a bigger one (12mm).
