I am reporting concerns regarding the treatment of my daughter in this rehab facility involving the director, i do not feel she was treated appropriately and would like this situation be review, director treats people differently, if she does not like you, she had and eating disorder and until her last week the director starting to check her weight, she did not want to extend her 30 day more because of her eating disorder and " supposedly her attitude, and she had witness of the way she treated by this person just because sh... read more

I just left the facility and I can assure you the other negative reviews are spot on. The management is absolutely horrific, and there is nothing going on here. It’s a joke.

I highly suggest that you look for a different treatment center in pursuit of genuine and actual healing. I had an extremely disappointing and overall poor experience in Monterey. They have only one counselor for 30+ residents and their counselor, Peter Torres, is unprofessional, rude, and inexperienced at what he does as I later found out it’s his first gig as a counselor at Sierra Health- Monterey/PG.
