This place was absolutely atrocious. I spent 83 days here trying to get better and it was complete hell. I wrote a long seven paragraph review in my out patient review saying how bad this place was. Only 3 people were awesome there. Lisa, Liz, and Sue. The rest were rude, mean, not helpful and the program director was also bad. Took 7 times before she learned my name. After plans to send my husband to a treatment facility in Texas unraveled, I was put in contact with David at Sierra Heath and Wellness. He explained everything thoroughly and we had my husband on a plane to California the next day. Throughout my husband’s stay he commented on how great the chefs/food was, how nice the nursing team was, and how helpful the councilors and therapists were. I recently completed the course here. I’ve only been out for three days, but I feel amazing that I’ve ever felt in my life and I feel like I learned more in that week than I’ve ever learned in my life. They gave me the most important tools I’ve ever received. 100% of the staff and patients treated me with kindness.
