I came to New start medical because of a friend’s recommendation, their team did NOT disappoint. The first comprehensive tests that were ordered detected a condition that if it was left undetected would have sent me to the hospital. I highly recommend the practice. I feel I am in good hands.
I have been a patient at New Start Medical for the last 5 years. They work with you as to how you want to go about losing weight. Keto, low carb, whatever. I need to answer to someone so that’s why I’m still there. But even though it’s 5 years later, the providers still have suggestions to change up what you are eating so it doesn’t get boring. And most important, there is never any negative judgement, just positive reinforcement and encouragement!
I love Rachel she is professional and has really helped with my disease process and weight loss. The office they are super friendly.
New Start started off wonderfully, back in 2022. This is why the 2 stars and not 1 star. I was very pleased with my care until 2025. For the last 2 months they have cancelled my appointments the day of the appointment. I schedule my appointment 3 months in advance due to my schedule. If I run 5 minutes late, they will cancel my appointment, but they can’t give me the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice? They failed to send a requested (and agreed to) prescription to the pharmacy at my last actual appointment in April. And f... read more
