Antonio Mora Las cruces NM location Just bought my mobile home and honestly had a really good experience. Everything was explained clearly, no pressure, and he stayed on top of communication the whole time. The process was way smoother than I expected. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to buy. I just want to say, I don’t know if the good reviews bought brand new homes or they are fake reviews, but in my experience PLEASE DO NOT BUY their USED TRAILERS ( we have bought TWO) !! They supposedly fix them up nice right ? The workers they send are literally a joke. None of them know what they are doing. To start when they brought the trailer in January they told us the minimum space they needed to enter the trailer right ? Communication is practically nonexistent, and management refuses to take accountability. During my time there, inspections failed multiple times because promised repairs and maintenance simply weren’t completed. Customers were often told things were “on schedule,” when in reality, work orders were never submitted or just forgotten. Calls and messages frequently go ignored, and the pricing information given to customers is inconsistent at best. I wish I could have put zero Stars! From the get-go they didn't install my trailer for 2 months it was just sitting in the space. They gave me the run-around about getting it connected so I couldn't move in before Christmas Even though I bought it in November. Then when they did install the trailer they didn't properly connect to my sewer line they never connected my AC for 5 months and I had to buy a window unit to make it through the beginning of Summer. The managers wont talk to each other, the houses arent good quality. The locks keep breaking, they will take MONTHS to do emergency fixes, their "leveling" isn't level and they wont redo it, they break things while installing and then take months and multiple messages to actually get it taken care of, the people they suggest to do septic and such won't do their job and lie to your face about doing it and then report to the inspector that its fully ready, despite no electricity, water or anything actually done aside from sept... read more
