About this business
We provide free, Peer-Led support groups to teenagers, young adults, and adults. Our focus is to eliminate any barriers such as cost, that may prevent anyone from getting much-needed support. Our monthly groups are designed to empower those who attend. Such groups will address different mental health and educational topics as well as teach guided meditation, relaxation, coping and communication skills, breathing and grounding techniques, etc. as overseen by experienced facilitators.

Gina is the best! My daughter attended a teen wellness group that is hosted once a month by Gina. She went in unwilling, sulky and reserved but emerged a smiling teen. She made connections with the other teens there and told me that they were warm and inviting as they had all known one another due to attending prior sessions. We will most definitely will be attending more of her workshops and highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the “Just Be” Adults workshop today with Nicole. The breath work and restorative yoga helped eliminate my anxiety and stress. I’ll definitely be back for the next one!
