Made a friend as I was walking towards the door my first night here. That led the way to an extremely positive experience the entire time. Gina is so sweet and I also made some new friends. I walked in feeling nervous and anxious and I left there feeling extremely calm and peaceful. Gina is very knowledgeable and she knows what she is talking about and I highly suggest donating and attending these sessions. They’re definitely worth it and I look forward to the next one.
I attended their free mental health workshop and it was a wonderful experience. It was great to find a space to find community and feel safe.
I really enjoyed this and hope to see more!
I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a great reset night of relaxation and of learning another technique for centering and relaxing. Love the concept of this group spreading and teaching mental wellness to all ages.
