I attended their free mental health workshop and it was a wonderful experience. It was great to find a space to find community and feel safe.
I really enjoyed this and hope to see more!
I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a great reset night of relaxation and of learning another technique for centering and relaxing. Love the concept of this group spreading and teaching mental wellness to all ages.
Amazing experience, Gina invited me to one of her events and it was something I’ve never experienced before, definitely recommend!
