I've only been to two days so far, but my experience has been great! It's nice to meet new teenagers (esspically because I struggle with socializing) the instructors are nice and the overall environment is easy going and relaxing and we get to learn useful techniques to clam oursleves in times of panic or stress.If you're a teen who wants a relaxing snd comfortable space to hang out, highly recommend this place!
it was such a comfortable, relaxing and a calming environment they even had snacks available!
Its so fun and you can make so many friends she gives us snacks and fidget toys at the end of every session we say how we feel and talk among ourselves
loved this workshop ! It was exactly what I was looking for . the environment felt calm and helpful ! I loved the connections the instructor makes between the spirit and mind. I would highly recommend this group and the workshops 😇
