This gym is fantastic. The owners and all the other members are so helpful and welcoming.
I've been going to this gym for 5 weeks now, and while it is a small gym it doesn't limit me in what I'm able to do during my workout! I go to the gym at 6 am, and it isn't busy at that time (which is why I go during that time from past experiences at other gyms) and while I generally just want to focus on what I'm doing I did have a good conversation with Kim (one of the owners) today when I was there and she was very friendly and I would encourage anyone who wants to go to a gym with a great atmosphere to sign up here!
