Very slow service, unprofessional work environment, and faulty equipment leading to upcharging
This doctors office is good. Yes DR Wendy’s offices are busy but once you are in her care she takes of u. She care and puts time into you and helping you with your health. I have been going here for a while and will continue to go. I understand business and just being there they are very busy, but I know to all the madness when I actually get a room and is with the doctor. Arrived and was ignored for over 10 minutes at the front desk after filling the sign in sheet. Was eventually asked, combatively, "Can I help you?" and when I stated I was here because I have an appointment, I was told,"Oh! I thought you were a rep." Waited in a cramped hallway with flickering lights for over 20 minutes before they walked the 10 steps to give me the paperwork to fill out. Terrible service. Never returned my phone call. When I finally got through, I was placed on hold for fifteen minutes and then I was hung up on. Very rude when they answered the phone. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.
I am writing this review as I sit here and wait for over 1h40 with my bladder full. I came at 10am, they said the technician had an accident and would be late. They asked me to come at 1pm with a full bladder. I am doing this exam because I feel a lot of pain when I hold pee and still, they make me wait for almost 2h with a full bladder, crying and sweating in pain and having to reschedule meetings several times because of their lack of organization or whatever it is.
