New Spirit installed our two Lenox heat pumps, which have worked really well. I’ve been very happy with their customer service and technical help maintaining the units. Highly recommended!
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!! I used this company and I'm very disappointed. Don't let Alex in your house!! I've already filed a report. They don't stand behind their defective materials. I guess their friends n family wrote all of the good stuff on here. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
