Fantastic bike, perfect service, all around good experience.
Nate took the time to show me a few bike rack options for my van. I knew I wanted something that supported the bike from the bottom rather than have my bikes hanging. Nate had a good option in stock, the price was good and he helped me get it loaded. This shop can handle the assembly for a charge and after doing the assembly myself I would definitely pay for the shop to do it next time!

Unfortunate experience with ordering a bike from New Spin. Only open on Fridays and did not open on time. Bike was delivered to the wrong location. When the bike arrived, it was assembled with misaligned front wheel bearings. They blamed the bike vendor. No safety check and no compensation for mistake? Luckily went to Bicycle Sports for accessories and they notified me right away of the misalignment. Be careful when working with this place.
