Great shop and accommodating....wish they were open more hours.

Unfortunate experience with ordering a bike from New Spin. Only open on Fridays and did not open on time. Bike was delivered to the wrong location. When the bike arrived, it was assembled with misaligned front wheel bearings. They blamed the bike vendor. No safety check and no compensation for mistake? Luckily went to Bicycle Sports for accessories and they notified me right away of the misalignment. Be careful when working with this place.
Nate is great! I’m excited to attach it and see how it works! I tell everyone I know who enjoys biking to check out New Spin. It’s the best in town!!
